Our company is provided with the main CAD Systems, which are useful tools for basic modeling as well as developments and placings. Digitizer to measure the shapes of an existing model is also available. A double printing station, equipped with a plotter and a high productivity computerized printing stock, is also incorporated.
The sewing room, supplied with most of the machines needed to packaging, is fitted out with automatic cutting for a single sample. All the machines suitable for the packaging of heavy and light woven fabric, are also available. Moreover, there are also packaging machinery and tools for use with jean and jersey material.
VIRTAL MODELLING 3D: Beside the traditional 2D system,Crea-si Messrs has added virtual 3D modelling. This system is able to show a preview of the model wearing the designed garment. Therefore, customers can give us feedback about what has been carried out, before moving on.
Additionally, we can support catwalks and virtual presentations. As a result, our customers are given the chance to show their fashion collections all around the world, in the immediate term, substantially reducing costs.
PROTOTYPE: We also have an internal lab that lets the pattern maker follow “the step by step” clothing assemblage, in which he/she can actively contribute, so as to achieve the best result as first mockup.
SAMPLING ACTIVITY: After the endorsement of prototypes, the production of swatches are then made both in the internal and external labs
GRADING AND PLACING : Next to the definitive prototype of garments, the models could be realized on the basis of costumers’ specification or making reference to standard schedules. Placings will be also made afterward, taking into account the optimization of materials’ consumption.
PRODUCTION : This phase, is completely managed by our staff. Before the launch is given, we can also offer the customer, take the chance to agree on a previous design of swatches as a mockup.
